The Nepal Premier League (NPL) features 8 teams, each representing different provinces and cities of Nepal.

These teams are Biratnagar Kings, Chitwan Rhinos, Janakpur Bolts, Karnali Yaks, Kathmandu Gurkhas, Lumbini Lions, Pokhara Avengers, and Sudurpaschim Royals. Each team is built through an auction, consisting of both domestic and international players.
